This rollator works well either inside or outside on a smooth surface. Any surface defects create an obstacle that is very difficult and even risky for a frail person to navigate. I had to return the rollator. I didn't have any problem with the customer service, so it was good.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Upright Rollator, Yevgeniy. We're glad to hear that it performed well in certain conditions, although we apologize for any difficulties encountered on uneven surfaces. Your feedback will help us improve our products in the future. -Sara- Vive Health.

Champion at preserving mobility

Here i am, new to Rheumatoid arthritis at 55 and it progressed rapidly. My Doctor recommended an upright walker for me. I had never seen one and Vive came as recommended by DME supplier and a year later I can say I love it. And I can avoid wheelchairs for now.

Good walker not durable arm rest

I love the ability to walk upright. The main problem I had is eighths arm rest splitting within a few weeks of owning it. They say the arm rest are durable bit they are not. The store did honor the warranty and replaced both arm rest. They said I would have to buy the next ones. I have talked to others that had this same brand and they had the same problem. It may be best to get the name brand of the "Up Right" walker. My PT has one and has had it for years and is in great condition, with no problems with the arm rest.

Change of opinion......

I posted an earlier review when my back was in terrible condition. I have since had a spinal fusion and discectomy. I am currently rehabbing from that, and I could not do it without my upwalker. I had posted that the seat wasn't really locking down, but I have the hang of it now, and it locks well. Also, the reason the wheels were catching was because I was probably putting too much weight on my arms due to the very messed up spine. Since the fusion, I need to stand very tall and feel the curve behind my waist. Today I walked 1.6 miles with my upwalker. I no longer put much weight on my arms, but I still have to watch the pavement to make sure I'm not hitting uneven concrete or it will still catch. I wish the wheels were just a tad squishier so they wouldn't do that. But really, I just told my husband, "This is the best mobility device I have ever had....and I think I've had just about all of them over the years. I love this thing, and am so happy I have it.

Thank you for your updated feedback, June! We're thrilled to hear that the Upright Rollator has been instrumental in your post-surgery recovery. It's wonderful to know you consider it the best mobility device. -Sara- Vive Health.
