Claw foot tub

I have made the chair work for my needs. However, I would have liked the legs for the outside of the tub to be at least 2" longer to accommodate my claw foot tub. Over all the bench works for me.

Transfer Bench

For the most part I am happy with the bench. We have a bench in my parents home. I bought this for use at my home as It is much safer for my elderly parent. I discovered with this purchase, that the bench does not fit vertically in my tub, and the positioning was a bit different. This was not an issue with the bench itself, but due to the interior shape/molding of my tub. The bench functions and works as it should. We are pleased!

A Philip's head screw driver is needed to assemble your transfer bench.

Why are there holes in the transfer bench seat?

The holes conveniently drain water away so that you are not sitting in a puddle.

Does the transfer bench stick outside of the tub?

Yes, to use the transfer bench safely, the suction cupped legs should be in the tub and the rubber tipped legs should be outside of the tub.

Will a shower curtain fit around the transfer bench?

Most shower curtains will not fit around the bench and stay in the tub. For best results, use a handheld showerhead to control water spray.

Can I remove one of the seat sections?

No, the seat sections are not removable.
