Knee Walker

I am 5’1” and the knee pad is too tall for me even in the lowest position. To keep my knee at 90 degrees, have to push off with my toes. The pad is very uncomfortable and am unable to add a cushion due to the height issue. I will be returning it.

I had reconstructive foot surgery on January 15, 2025. My doctor ordered this brand of scooter for me. I was super excited knowing that I wouldn’t have to use crutches until I realized I would actually be using a death trap.

There is absolutely zero balance to this thing. I have fallen four times, landing on my operated foot do you understand how freaking painful that is? Every time the road is uneven while walking my daughters to school, I risk falling. No matter how slow I walk, this scooter tips over, and there’s really no way to avoid it. Not to mention, it’s so heavy that I can’t even lift it into my truck.

The locking mechanism is falling apart, and the brake cord is so long that it just gets in the way. Why is the knee pad so damn stiff? Why not make it comfortable? What’s the point of it being so hard? The wheels are so bulky, yet the moment you hit a rock or run over a slipper, you risk falling. Wanna know how I know this? Because I have fallen after running over my daughter’s shoe in the middle of the night while trying to use the restroom.

Your company should be sued for the poor quality of this product.

I ordered this scooter/walker for my husband after he ruptured his Achilles Tendon and had surgery to repair it. He's going to be laid up for awhile and I figured this would be a bit more comfortable than having to use crutches all the time. I also ordered additional accessories to go with it, phone holder, knee walker pad...all great investments. The scooter went together so easy, and has been very easy to take with us when we need to go somewhere. Hubby loves being able to use the scooter vs the crutches whenever possible and says it is very easy to maneuver and is very comfortable. The brakes work very well also...don't ask how we know! LOL!

I’d like to take the time and thank you for rushing me this kneewalker, it’s great, sturdy, I love that it has two brakes, the bag is a great attachment, love it and love that it’s pink, thank you Carolina and thank Vivehealth I will definitely recommend vivehealth to any and everyone A+ in my book. I had surgery full reconstructive foot surgery, no weight bearing very sturdy and comfortable.

I broke my heel and could not put pressure on it. I ordered and received my scooter and memory foam pad and could not be happier. Provides great mobility indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend this product.
