The Vive ice lumbar roll is constructed with a high-density, polyurethane foam, a mesh fabric blend and elastic. The lumbar roll also includes two Arctic Flex gel packs that provide hot or cold therapy for maximum pain relief.

How long will the gel packs stay cold?
Hot and cold therapy should be used for 15-20 minutes at a time. Our Arctic Flex gel packs remain cold for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Yes! The removable mesh cover is machine washable. The foam cushion should only be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Each Arctic Flex gel pack may be cleaned with a damp cloth as needed.
