What A Great Idea!

I have not purchased this yet but I could not wait to tell you how thrilled I am to find this product. I was originally looking at the bed rails for my elderly/disabled sister because she has such a hard time getting up from her bed. THEN I found this bed ladder. I cannot wait to order it. Forget the bed rail (unless I find she really needs it). Kudos to whomever came up with this idea. I might even consider getting one for myself! Sincere thanks!

Great invention!!!!!!

This is one of the best products on the market to assist people with their mobility needs. I purchased this ladder when it became apparent that I could no longer jump up and out of bed like I did many years ago. It would take around 20 minutes to sit up. During that time there was a great deal of pain. Purchased the ladder and was amazed that it now took me only a couple of minutes. The ease of using the ladder is a plus. My physical therapist asked how l was doing getting out of bed and I showed her the ladder and how it worked. She was impressed and she now recommends it to many of her other patients. Thanks for such a simplistic device.

Are the handles wide enough to have two hands on simultaneously?

As hands sizes vary, using both hands on one handle simultaneously would depend on the width of a person’s hand. Each ladder handle is five inches in length to easily accommodate most hand sizes.

Will it work on an adjustable bed?

Yes, it easily attaches to any bed frame with an adjustable buckle strap.

Can it be used only for a twin bed or will it work on any size bed?

The bed ladder can be easily installed on any size bed frame.

Do the arms fold down?

The arms are fixed and do not fold down.

What is the maximum height from seat to floor?

The Vive bed ladder is six feet in length and is adjustable to fit any bed.

What is the ladder made of?

The bed ladder is made with a durable webbing, with a strong composite buckle and soft foam handles.

Where do I attach it my bed?

The ladder strap should be looped around the bed frame at the foot of the bed. Then securely snap the buckle and adjust the strap so that the top handle meets the waist level when lying down.

Can I use this with only one arm?

Yes, provided the usable arm has enough strength to pull the body into a seated position.
