4 Wheel Mobility Scooter - Electric Powered with Seat for Seniors

4wheel Scooter adds to my mobility after amputation of my left leg due to a poor knee replacement 11 years ago. I do wish that the seat bottom was a bit larger and the back was mesh a taller. We haven’t found a suitable replacement yet.

Just got the scooter, looks great. Would like to have a spare battery but looking on the website, the link to the battery page says page does not exist.

I’ve gone thru many scooters but my Vive is beyond compare. Love your scooter as much as you love yourself and always recharge your battery right after use. I’ve had mine for over three years and it’s peak is still up there. Being disabled from a crushed spinal cord and living alone it is a hardship trying to load my scooter into the van. By removing the seat and battery it is light enough for me to errect the front wheels to rest on the edge of the van hatchback and lift the rear by its convenient grip handle to push it in. I’m 75, 5’3” with unstable legs but it’s light weight enough dismantled for me to maneuver while loading and maintain my balance. The only time I have to break it down completely and split the chassis in two is when a vehicle is too small in space for me to transport. I love the hi gloss shine that’s easy to wipe down,durable tires with stylish chrome wheels which I maintain. I also regularly check the inner side where the wheels turn for anything tangled or debri and add a little grease for better upkeep. Lastly, Love your Vive scooter, it may outlast you. 👍🏽🥹 Aloha

Have had this scooter for quite some time without a problem. Purchased for our daughter who is on hospice and she depends on the scooter to get around. About a month ago we lost the locking knob for the arm rest. I ordered another on May 5th. On May 20th. I called and asked where it was and was informed that it was sent out but returned. I asked why I wasn't I informed and they had no answer but would resend and that I would have it in 5 days. On 5/29 I again called and another customer service rep. said she couldn't find that it had been sent out but she would send another out UPS 2 DAY EXPRESS. Well, I did get a email from UPS with a tracking number saying it was indeed shipped out and I would receive it in 8 DAYS
At least I know that this time hopefully it has been sent out.
Again, I have no problem with the scooter but their customer service is terrible.

I bought a scooter for my father to make it easier for him to get around and stay with the family. He LOVES it. He's 6 ft tall with long legs so it's a bit short, but he's very happy, and says he's quite comfortable. The battery longevity is great, the seat is comfortable, and it's easy for him to navigate. It's easy enough for him and my mother to take apart, reassemble, and put it in the trunk of the car for transport. Flying tomorrow, and it's nice to know he'll have it again when they land.
