Lots of aches and pains are fading with the use of this pressure pad. It can be very firm or soft depending on what setting you choose. If you have fibromyalgia or PsA choose the lower settings for a more comfortable rest.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Alternating Pressure Pad, Teri! It's great to hear that it's helping with your aches and pains, and that you find the adjustable settings beneficial for comfort. -Sara- Vive Health.

Seems to help mom!

This seems to help her, as she has not complained much about her bum’s protruding tailbone, since she started using it. I had to order this second set as the first set I ordered from Amazon only came with a foot pump!!! Unfortunately your company does not sell just the electric pump.

Hi Yolanda!

Thank you so much for your feedback. We love to know that the pad has helped your mom so far. If you ever need just the pump you can call us so we can check if we have it available, nevertheless, usually we only sell the whole item. Thanks for choosing us! -Angie- Vive Health.

So impressed!!!!

My daughter who has Spina Bifida has had problems with pressure ulcers for much of her life, has used Rohoe,,a KCI mattress, and last a Vicair.....then she started having problems with skin breakdown on her Coccyx area AGAIN..:(....I found your mattress on Amazon,,,and just after using it for one night,it started the healing process...I was amazed!.....It has been a few weeks now ,and she is totally healed..I do believe in some cases, people like my daughter need a mattress that indeed alternates air flow...Even tho they are often on a "pressure relief " mattress,,,you are still susceptible to pressure!....The change in the air flow every 6 mins,,is pure genius!....and I cannot thank-you enough!....I will be a forever customer!...

Hello Glenda, Thank you very much for this glowing Review! We are so happy to hear that the product is working out so good for your daughter! Thank you for being a Vive Health Customer-Carolina- Vive Health CS
