Great to have mobility !

Pros: 1 Fits perfectly my 5 ft frame. 2 The swivel seat makes getting in and out easy. Also the height of scooter makes getting into the seat easy as I do not have to step up into the area before I sit down. 3 The controls and the key are very clear and work easily. 4 Scooter drives up and down the ADA specified ramp smoothly. 5 It dismantles and assembles well. (as of yet we have not taken it in our small SUV). The battery is easily placed in and taken out. 6 Battery charge seems to meet what the description given. 7 Use outside only. Store on screen porch with cover. We are in the South, so we store battery indoors. 8 It's wonderful the tiller adjusts making it easier and more comfortable.

Cons: 1 The directional bars area little more challenging for using my left hand only. But it can be done as directed through videos, as you can take your left hand thumb and push left motion bar backwards to go forward and forward to go backward. It can be done as I have done so far. You just have to be careful in regulating the speed. Don't let this stop you. I LOVE this scooter! It gets me outside and having my own wheels gives me some independence. 2 At this time I am unable to use the rotation lever under the seat as it is located on the right side.( Husband helps with any area I can not handle). 3 The area that indicates battery usage is not easily read in the sunshine.

One more thing: the "Talk To An Expert" answered all my questions with no order pressure. When I did order they were helpful. Timely arrival, only needed to put the seat on and the battery needed to be charged and installed.
