Company replaced this with a cheaply made low quality pillow instead

I had purchased a vive xtra comfort pillow a while back from Amazon, it looked exactly like the picture advertised here. Loved it and used it all of the time. Unfortunately left in on an airplane but saw that Amazon still sold it so repurchased. What I received instead was a much lower quality cheaply made pillow with no support at all, it just flattened immediately. It was the same color but it had just a little vive label sewed on the side, instead of the xtra comfort label. The number for customer service on this page doesn't work and only got unhelpful email correspondence telling me that it was the same pillow. They did not end up refunding me through Amazon as promised.

It really helps

Tried everything including getting a different chair for my office job. I work all day at a computer and it was making my lower back and my hip really sore.
This lumber pillow works so well and is making it much more comfortable so I’m back to get my husband one for his office job also!

This cushion definitely relieves back pain if continually used. However it seems to be flattening somewhat.

A BLESSING TO MY BACK!

Put it on my rocking chair and the strap keeps it in place. Love it.(Used to have a small pillow, but had to raise it put it where I needed it, and as soon as I moved, the pillow would drop and that did not help at all plus the pillow was too soft to do any good. the lumbar cushion is firm and supports my back. It feels so good to sit after I have been on my feet a while. I think I'll buy another for my computer chair. REALLY HELPS MY BACK!
