This works fairly well. The thing that gets a high rating is that it blows up well and if you need to let air out it is a separate vent so you don't lose any more air than you want to. It certainly helps the lumbar area.

How do I deflate my lumbar cushion?

To deflate the lumbar support, opening the second air valve and gently press on the cushion to deflate completely.

Does this come with a carrying case?

Yes! The lumbar support includes a travel bag for safe and convenient storage and travel.

How do I clean the lumbar cushion?

The support pillow should be cleaned by wiping it with a damp cloth, followed immediately with a dry cloth. The support pillow should never be submerged in water.
