Very comfortable

I really like this pad. It has kept my knee very comfortable and I am sure I would have bruises without it. The only problem I have with it is it tends to shift off center I am sure because my weight shifts that way when I am pushing the scooter. I am not sure there is anything that could prevent that and it is a small problem and easy to shift back. I would have given it a 5 otherwise.

This review is more for Vive health! For a knee scooter at a 220.00 price point, it's what you would expect, but Vive health has been pleasant dealing with their website and customer service. I had some delivery issues (not Vibes fault) and they worked quickly, and were very responsive about my inquiries. And anyone who has dealt with the medical field and medical equipment, you know first had that this is not the case for many companies out there! Would I order this scooter again? 100%! Would I order this knee pad again? 100% would I order from Vive health again? 110%. Thanks for all the help and support! Hope this helps someone else as well!

Love easy of use. Wish drink holders were standard on scooter. Use 2 daily for coffee and water. Wish a basket was available for knee scooter. Bag great but I would have loved basket.
