Lack of info

I read the review about wanting a bigger pad, which I would also like the answer was that they are available. I wish they would show us what’s available when we write there on the link that shows the machine

Good but needs longer timer

This machine works good. Just as listed. I just had total Shoulder replacement and need to ice longer than 30 minutes at night Very hard to get up and push button again. I’d pay more if controls were remote too. There should be longer sessions you can program in for this please. It’s very quiet I can’t tell when it turns off either

Ice therapy machine

I'd like it but the only issues is I was hoping the pads wrapped around the legs not just only on the top. I wish I ordered the one in Amazon which wrapped around the entire legs.

Needs timer to set increments of on and off

I found this ice machine is be very helpful after my knee replacement. Extremely quiet and efficient. My only complaint is that the timer needs be able to set on and off increments. You have to keep turning it on. This was especially an issue at night. It would be much more helpful if it would ice for 30 minutes, off for 30 minutes and then back on again for 30 minutes without any intervention. I used a combination of frozen water bottles and ice. It seem to be colder with the ice but lasted longer with the water bottles.

Ice therapy machine

Great machine! I had shoulder surgery in March and used the ice therapy machine to help with the pain and swelling for rotator cuff and biceps surgery. After a day I used no pain medication just the ice bucket to help control my pain. It really helped to ice area after therapy that made a quicker recovery. Definitely worth the money . My husband has used it on his knee along with several other people with Injuries.

How to use an Ice Therapy Machine?



Does the unit need draining after every use?

Dump the water from the ice bucket but if using regularly you don’t have to drain the water completely from the pads. Only do that if you are planning on storing the ice machine for several days without use.

Is the machine noisy?

No, the unit produces minimal noise during operation, however, it does chime to alert users when the water temperature is greater than 10 degrees celsius and chimes at the end of the selected session.

Do I need separate pads for different areas of the body?

The cold therapy machine includes a unique therapy pad to conform to any area of the body including the shoulder, arm, back, hip, thigh, knee, calf and ankle.

Can I control the flow rate?

Yes! At the start of each session, use the up and down arrows to select one of five rates of flow for a personalized treatment session.

How to Use:
