Can you put the posture corrector on by yourself?

Yes, the posture corrector is put on much like you would a sweater or jacket, by slipping each arm in the corrector straps. Adjust each strap to fit comfortably, yet snugly over your shoulders then secure the waist straps a comfortable, yet secure fit.

Both! Our customers have had success wearing the posture corrector over and under clothing.
