Great sling

Best sling I have ever used. After 3 shoulder surgeries I can verify thatt this is is the most comfortable sling I have ever used. It stays in place.

Pros and Cons

Pros: I like the fact that the sling has 2 inside compartments for phone, etc.
Cons: I am a petite person and I find the sling way to big for me and it will not stay in place. I made a suggestion to their team so hopefully they will consider. I don't know if it can be returned or not due to the virus conditions.

Arm sling

While the sling didn't work for, I found it to be constructed extremely well. The price was great for the quality. I am short and I could not adjust the sling for the strap to be on my shoulder. I cannot have anything pulling on my neck.

I contacted Customer Service to return the sling. I spoke with Gre. She was very polite & professional. She handled the issue promptly and without hesitation. Wonderful customer service. I will be using them as other medical needs arise. Kudos!

Arm Sling

I ordered this item so I could practice being immobilized prior to my rotator cuff surgery. Quality was good for the kind of brace that it is -- I was not expecting the best or fanciest brace - just something functional - which it is. The free shipping was very slow however. If I had really needed this, I would have been very unhappy.
