Only one that holds up to weight.

I'm a 250lb+ pound guy. Thus offloading shoe is the only one to hold up. I went thru a Ortho wedge and a Darco wedge. Each lasted 2 weeks before the rubber started to collapse then tear.
Almost 2 months on this Vive and looks good as day I got it.

works, takes wait off of toes and metatarsals

I severely broke my toe, and damaged my tendon & 5th metatarsal. The product allows me to move around when needed and is much easier to put on than an air cam walker boot.

I would not suggest using all day or walking long distances with it because it severely affects your gait and can cause hip issues/tightness, but it is excellent when you really need to walk when healing from a broken toe.
