Nice surprise

Nice!

I got these to see if they would relieve the plantar fasciitis I've developed from being home all the time and living in my (no arch support) slippers. I had mentioned my plans to my Dr. and she said she had tried a pair from elsewhere and they were very tight. So I was a little apprehensive. But they are quite comfortable. My feet are tired of them after 6-8 hours, but other than that they're great. I use the smallest insert. They take a little getting used to, but they've definitely helped.

Plantar Fasciitis Help

I have plantar fasciitis in the arches of both feet and can not walk without arch support. These sleeves and gel insert arch supports make it possible for me to walk 45 minutes a day and sometimes twice a day. They are comfortable, adjustable and easy to wear, they don't slip while I walk (like others I've tried) and stay in place perfectly. There are three sizes of gel inserts to choose from, I use a combo of the large and small for my left foot, and the large gel by itself for my right foot. I hand wash them in the sink once in a while and set them on a towel to dry.

What are the pockets for?

The arch compression sleeves include two fabric pockets for securing the desired gel inserts in place.

Are they washable?

Yes, the sleeves should be hand washed in cool water with a mild detergent. Allow them to air dry completely before use. The gel inserts may be rinsed under cool water and should be dried immediately with a lint-free cloth.

Can I wear these arch sleeves while long distance running?

Yes! The slim compression sleeves are lightweight and breathable, comfortably fitting in most shoe styles, including running shoes for greater arch support throughout any activity.
