3 Wheel Mobility Scooter - Electric Long Range Powered Wheelchair

I’m 36 with 2 toddlers under 3 plus having knee surgery that requires me to be non-weightbearing for 6 weeks. Trying to manage that on crutches was not gonna work so I started my search for mobility scooter. What I found is that it was going to cost me $350/month to rent one so somewhere around $700 to rent one or buy one through vibe for close to $650! What a win. Then I called after I ordered to see if they could get it to me any sooner. I ordered it on Wednesday and my surgery was Thursday and Vibe got my scooter to me on Friday! It has been so helpful! I have been able to hold my babies and carry them. I’ve been able to help around the house in a lot of ways I normally would, maybe even faster because I have a basket! Having knee surgery sucks but having this mobility scooter is a game changer!!!!

I have owned this scooter since 2020 and for the most part was very happy with it. I used it sparingly,1-2 times per week for getting on transports to doctor visits, but now it is inoperable and out of warranty.. 3 weeks ago I was boarding a transport vehicle with a ramp and the vehicle driver decided to "help" by moving the gear lever into manual WHILE I WAS MOVING UP THE RAMP.. The scooter shut down immediately and would not restart and the gear lever was stuck between the manual and drive position. I literally had to drag it into my apartment when I got home. I called Vive customer service twice and each agent told me a different story. One said it was the battery and wanted to sell me a new one. He claimed the gear lever had nothing to do with it. The next agent told me the gear lever movement shorted out the motor and wanted to sell me a whole new back end with motor which would have cost more than the scooter cost brand new. In both cases they expected me to disassemble and reassemble the scooter.. Here's the thing- If I connect the charger to the battery while in place on the scooter, the scooter WILL turn on and operate normally. The battery is charged fully but when I disconnect the charger the scooter goes dead and will not even turn on. SO I think BOTH agents diagnosed the problem incorrectly and I am not about to invest over 700 bucks AND have to rebuild the scooter myself when I still do not know what the real problem is.

I just brought my 85yr mom and she loves it. Very easy to use. Great customer service and even came a day earlier than stated.

Purchases scooter from Amazon early December. In a little over a month batter would lose green lights after one run to dining room and back. Reside in senior community-all on one floor.
Battery will not hold charge. Take my charger with me now to go to PT or gym. Not only inconvient but also SCARY. I can't recommend this item.

I got a Vive at a garage sale next door. Had been thinking of one and i got it for 20.00, had i waited until the next day it would have been half price...Reason i am writing to you is the batteries were dead in it and i got them at Amazon for 50.00, two of them is what it took...So i got a 700.00 scooter for 70.00 total...Good deal and i absolutely love it....the man who owned it moved and left it there it was then two months old, he never came back and his wife died of cancer so it was so dirty sitting in the garage for 5 years...Please try to get batteries from Amazon.
